About John

John DeMarco is the President and founder of the DeMarco Real Estate Group® and Re/Max 5 Star Realty in Hollywood, Florida. Beginning his career in 2006, John is a top-producing real estate professional in South Florida's commercial and residential markets. He and his team have sold/leased over $1 billion in real estate.

At 21, John launched his career with Re/Max, transitioning from corporate America to embrace core values of hard work, belief, and resolve. His organization has grown to over fifty seasoned professionals, including a top-tier sales team of 10. John was inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame in 2013 and has received multiple accolades, including the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award and Circle of Legends Award. His team has been ranked the #1 Re/Max Commercial team in Florida and the U.S. from 2013-2024 and has won the CoStar Power Broker, Crexi Platinum, and Re/Max Pinnacle Club Awards.

With a business administration and law background from Florida Atlantic University, John moved to South Florida from Pennsylvania in 1998. John is the President of the Downtown Hollywood Property Owners Association (DHPOA) and a member of the CCIM Institute.
